posted on 05 Nov 2020On 2 November, the Supreme Court granted permission for an appeal by the FCA, six insurers (Arch, Argenta, Amlin, Hiscox, QBE and Royal & Sun Alliance) and the Hiscox Action Group, as Intervener. The appeal will be heard in the Supreme Court from 16 November and is expected to last for 4 days.
