Overview and Governance
ARIAS-Ireland is a chapter of Arbitration Ireland, created in 2021, affiliating to AIDA as its seventh Centrally Affiliated ARIAS Chapter.
With a growing number of disputes in global insurance and reinsurance markets, the aim of ARIAS-Ireland is to encourage market practitioners with sufficient skills and experience to promote and assist in the development of insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution through arbitration in Ireland.
The creation and development of ARIAS-Ireland has been directed by members of the Arbitration Ireland Executive Committee.
