ARIAS Germany

Overview

ARIAS Deutschland e.V.(“ARIAS Germany”) - originally created under the name of ARIAS Europe e.V. – was established with the purpose of enhancing the delivery of arbitration for insurance and reinsurance entities, recently extended to the fields of D&O, industrial and co-insurance disputes.

ARIAS Germany continues to stage events and to certify accredited arbitrators, working in collaboration with AIDA World and AIDA Europe as well as other ARIAS entities, latterly under the re-configured umbrella organisation of ARIAS Europe with view to establishing further ARIAS Societies in other European countries.

By its statutes ARIAS Germany is managed by a Board of Directors.
