The second meeting of the Working Party took place between 18:30hrs and 20:30hrs on Wednesday 7 September 2011 at the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv on the occasion of the AIDA Israeli National Section staging their Colloquium on 7/8 September 2011 and hosting meetings of the AIDA Presidential Council.

- Environmental Exposure - The Insurance Aspects from the Israeli Point of View - Presentation made Adv. Sharon Shefer (Israel)
- Variable impact of Climate Change/extreme weather events upon existing covers in different countries/regions + measures adopted by insurers and others in response: Volcano Eruption Puyehue - June 2011- Presentation prepared by Dr Adv Maria Silvia Moron Kavanagh (Argentina)
- Insurance and Environmental Securities - Presentation prepared by Prof Marco Frigessi and Prof Sara Landini (both Italy) and delivered by Prof Landini
- Climate Change or Global Warming? - Presentation delivered by Prof Marcel Fontaine (Belgium)
