The latest two publications in the AIDA Europe Research Series on Insurance Law & Regulation have just been published.

The Governance of Insurance Undertakings, edited by Pierpaolo Marano and Kyriaki Noussia, is an open access work, provides an in-depth discussion on governance of insurance undertakings and overview of the link between corporate law and insurance regulation from the perspective of EU law with contributions from other legal systems.

Insurance and Human Rights, edited by Margarida Lima Rego and Birgit Kuschke, is the first book to consider insurance and human rights, written by legal practitioners and scholars from across the globe, with a particular focus on Europe and North America.
